Note: Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA is excluded from CCPA requirements. Medical information collected during the clinical consultation process is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

We use personal information for the business purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including:

Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

Response Timing
We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing (up to an additional 45 days).
