Everwell Longevity is committed to your satisfaction. Due to the nature of prescription medications and healthcare products, our return and refund policy is subject to specific guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Prescription Medications

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety of all patients and in compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed and shipped. This includes all GLP-1 receptor agonist medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, and similar products).

This policy exists because:

• Federal and state laws prohibit the resale or redistribution of dispensed prescription medications
• We cannot guarantee the integrity of medications once they have left the pharmacy's control
• Patient safety requires that medications maintain proper storage and handling conditions

Exceptions

We may issue a refund or replacement for prescription medications in the following circumstances:

• Damaged or defective product: If your medication arrives damaged, compromised, or appears defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• Incorrect medication: If you received a medication other than what was prescribed, contact us immediately. Do not use the incorrect medication.
• Temperature excursion: If temperature-sensitive medication arrives without proper cold chain packaging or with an activated temperature indicator showing excursion.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispensed and shipped by the pharmacy, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once a prescription has been dispensed, cancellation is not possible.

Non-Prescription Products

Non-prescription wellness products (such as B12 + Lipotropic injections sold over the counter) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

• The product is unopened and in its original packaging
• The product has not been used or tampered with
• You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return Shipping

For approved returns of non-prescription products, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be shipped within 14 days of return authorization.

Refund Process

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Subscription Cancellations

If you are enrolled in a subscription or recurring order:

• You may cancel at any time by contacting us at concierge@everwelllongevity.com or (844) 555-EVER
• Cancellation will take effect before the next billing cycle
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period
• Any medication already dispensed and shipped is non-refundable

Medical Consultation Fees

If a licensed healthcare provider determines that you are not a candidate for GLP-1 therapy after evaluating your health profile:

• Consultation fees, if any, are non-refundable as the medical service was rendered
• You will not be charged for medications that are not prescribed
